Topcon Agriculture Signs Distribution Agreement with PFG America

Topcon Agriculture has announced a distribution agreement with PFG America to bring Topcon’s after-market solutions to farmers through PFG America’s dealer network. The agreement allows PFG America’s dealers to extend Topcon’s after-market solutions for precision agriculture to their customers, the company said.

Topcon will offer GPS-guided equipment, variable rate application technology, correction services, data-to-cloud technology, and data management software.

Parkopedia and Mini Offer First Circular In-Car OLED Display

 

MINI’s latest circular media system now integrates Parkopedia’s EV charging data into the vehicle to enable drivers across the United States, Europe and Asia to locate EV charging stations. EV charging data plays a central role in the latest generation of electric MINIs, which feature the first circular in-car OLED screen.

MINI Navigation features 3D visualization and augmented reality displays as well as providing information on free parking spaces, with integrated in-car payment functionality, the company said.

Link Labs Announces Partnership with EasyVote Solutions

 

Link Labs has announced a partnership with EasyVote Solutions to integrate the company’s asset tracking system for election equipment and personnel into EasyVote’s election management platform. The integration, used by 27 states, allows election officials to manage tasks, poll workers, campaign finance and more, the company said. Link Labs’ asset tracking system enhances the transparency and accountability of in-person and mail-in voting processes.

Bad-Elf Launches RTK Service Using GEODNET

 

Bad Elf has launched a 5-year RTK service tailored specifically for Bad Elf GPS receivers using GEODNET’s network. The service offering is priced at $999 for 5-years of RTK corrections. Compatible with Flex and Flex Mini, geospatial professionals using iOS or Android will have access to RTK corrections in the United States, Europe, and many other countries.

K2 Space Signs $60 Million U.S. Space Force Contract

 

K2 Space has signed a contract with the U.S. Space Force to launch its first Mega Class satellite on a mission code-named “Gravitas.” The contract, with a total value of $60 million, includes government funds, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) matching funds, and private funds, the company said.

K2 Space will be one of the first commercial companies to demonstrate operations for government and commercial customers in MEO, which the company said is gaining significant interest for proliferation beyond LEO in programs such as Resilient GPS. With the ability to stack 10 Mega Class satellites per launch vehicle to LEO, the K2 bus will make it possible to deploy constellations in a completely new way, the company said.
