Trimble TRMB 0.00%↑ has announced that Eagan, Minn.-based Dart Transit Company will install its Instinct driver experience and Video Intelligence fleet management solutions to more than 1,000 trucks. Dart, founded in 1934, is one of the nation’s largest truckload dry van carriers.
Instinct features a suite of applications that enhance a driver’s dispatch and telematics experience, the company said. Trimble’s Video Intelligence includes forward, side and rear-facing cameras. The unit allows company-controlled setting to coach drivers and capture high-resolution video during an accident, the company said.
Trimble Releases 2022 Sustainability Report
Trimble also announced its 2022 Sustainability Report, featuring progress and milestones as part of its sustainability strategy, the company said.
The report summarizes Trimble’s sustainability initiatives and performance, highlighting the company’s sustainability approach; end-user industry solutions; community philanthropy through its Trimble Foundation Fund; employee engagement and development as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives; and governance, the company said.
