Judge Thompson Dietz of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, in a scheduling order, granted Geotab’s motion to intervene this week. The court also gave Samsara an April 3 deadline to file a motion for injunctive relief.
According to Bloomberg, Dietz’s order says that the government said the U.S. Post Office won’t voluntarily stay contract performance—pending litigation.
